3. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Material, composition, authenticity, and product-function claims must be understood according to the specific product listing. We will not knowingly substitute materially different products without appropriate customer authorization.

If a product materially differs from its description, applicable consumer rights and our Refund and Return Policy will apply.

We may correct genuine errors in listings. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact the customer where appropriate and provide available lawful remedies, including cancellation and refund where required.

5. PRICES AND CURRENCY

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Subject to applicable law, we may accept an order when it is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched.

10. SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERY

If an address error is identified before dispatch, customers should contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections but cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to complete required customs formalities, additional shipping charges may apply where legally permissible and appropriately disclosed.

If the error was caused by REYLVA or its fulfilment partners, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

Carrier tracking information may be used as evidence in delivery investigations but is not automatically conclusive proof that the correct customer received a shipment.

11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect products reasonably promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, customers should contact us with their order details and available supporting evidence.

Photographs, packaging images, and unboxing videos can help us investigate claims efficiently.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended but is not an absolute condition for exercising mandatory statutory rights.

Claims will be assessed reasonably, considering the product, available evidence, delivery circumstances, applicable law, and relevant consumer protections.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.

Normal wear, accidental damage after delivery, improper storage, unauthorized modification, and misuse are generally not manufacturing defects, although individual circumstances and mandatory rights will be considered.

12. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, together with applicable consumer protection laws.

References to third-party brands or materials do not imply ownership of those third-party rights.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts having jurisdiction in India may hear disputes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights to bring proceedings before competent courts or authorities in their own jurisdiction where such rights apply.

Customers may also use applicable payment-provider dispute processes and lawful consumer redress mechanisms.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, applicable law, products, or services.

Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued under completed transactions.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.

27. NO WAIVER
